A concert which is the highlight of my summer here.
It was at Ménerbes on the 2nd of August, a duet between two musicians who have a lot to share through their cello and piano: Sonia Wieder Atherton and Bruno Fontaine.
Sonia Wieder Atherton has always been my favourite cellist, among the cellists I simply adore! It was difficult not to be moved when she took us to the territories of the traditional Jewish songs and dances.
The last encore simply knocked me down... Night and Day!
(All my teens back in a swirl among other tense emotions of the first part of the concert).
