Song for the Soul (again and for ever).

She is probably the unique and best Strauss singer and knew the Composer when he wrote the roles for Pauline his wife then her, Lotte Lehmann. " Morgen," here, as Richard Strauss may have listened to, while she sang it.. so beautifully.
Last night, we had the Dresden Gala on Arte. I found the three singers stunning but naturally was under the charm of Anja Harteros I know better and find so accomplished to my ears either when she sings Verdi or Strauss, because I simply like her voice and style of singing.
When I heard Edita Gruberova sing Zebinetta I fell in love with her voice.
When I heard Anja Harteros sing the Four Last Songs, I wanted to listen to her more and above all see her live, and then, she sang with my favourite mezzo Vesselina Kasarova some time in Zurich...

Will I see her sing Capriccio last act on Monday at Bastille Opera House? Could we all be 'lucky' enough this time, for celebrating Richard Strauss 150th birth anniversary in Paris with her?
