Werther.
Charlotte and her cello type of voice which I love so much and I have not found in live performances yet. Although I have enjoyed listening to Charlotte like Marie Ange Todorovitch whose voice has powerful vibrations too.
Still, Rita Gorr is my favourite Charlotte.

Words are puzzling: Passion, extreme misleading feeling of love and crucifixion in Christianity.
At nearly the end of JS Bach's Saint Matthew passion there are two lines sung by the bass which I keep wondering about, always associated to this famous picture:
"At eventide the dove returneth,
Its mouth an olive branch now bearing. "
